In a bygone age I would have recommended joining the Army to get an easy interview at any job of your choice once you get out, while enjoying free rent and food for 4 years in the meanwhile, but the US military is so pozzed these days as to be worthless. Factory jobs pay decent wages in most parts of the country, and typically aren't too much in the way of hard work. I'm a robot minder at my job. I sit and watch the robots to make sure they don't fuck up and for that I get $15 an hour. The factory next door pays $18 for the same job, but like you I'm tired of bouncing around.
