Ive messed with something I like (pic) I am certain that these links will be temporary but its good for now. The podcast category is mostly an example of linking more specific things, its very incomplete, but whatever.
Doing the search was very interesting, I didnt know how simple it would be to add such functionality.

https://pastebin.com/3C4AVXR4If you want to add any search engine, just use the search page as a link in the form, try a search and see what query string they use in the URL, it would look like ?q=YOURTERM, then add q as input name, startpage uses query instead of q as an example. anyway...
So this is neat, I always hated the new page page
