My suggestion is to never give up on living life and to always seek the Truth. People lie all the time, they lied about saturated fat and cholesterol, they lied about cigarettes, and they'll continue to lie because they themselves can't look at the Truth.
Don't lose hope and search for The Answer. Even if you fail to find it, I guarantee you will not have regretted the journey. Do not Die with regrets for it's the worst.
