>>7014451You felt that was your story and everything you thought to be your reality was cemented. Life being your experiences and your experiences being varying degrees of random events. A sailor can't control the ocean, some storms or waves are difficult to navigate, however you gain more skill of how you control your boat (yourself) in these moments of what (in your perspective) are chaotic events shaking your down to some cores or foundations you set up for yourself. Life, or the randomness being just like the ocean, it has nothing against you. It isn't a being as I am personifying it right now. It just happens. Where ever the storms/waters take you, stay calm, discover new ways and learn for future storms lurking ahead. Be prepared, not anxious. Enjoy the calm waters when they are there, let shaky waters be exercises for the storms. Love your ship that I would compare to my psychological state, or psyche. Let yourself explore what the waters have to offer as well and lead yourself to new adventures, areas and discoveries about the world and even yourself. Metaphors help with understanding. I am not trying to be poetic, just very descriptive and detailed so you may receive this as close to how I wanted to send it out. If this helps then I'm happy this has worked, even a little.
