Absolutely hideous, sorry. If you're going to do folders at least give them custom icons instead of that god awful shit, landscape just looks wrong on a phone, action bar is pointless clutter, wallpaper looks bad, pixelated/blurry, out of focus, bad colors, no aesthetic appeal, just ew.

Really like the overall look and wallpaper, bit too much in the dock imo and the calendar gives it kind of a crowded look albeit the transparency helps dissipate that quite a bit.
