Deciding that is merley the first step. And it is the smallest one. Nothing to be proud of. Nothing to brag or tell anyone about. If you run around telling everybody "hey I have decided to reboot my life, cool eh?" you will achive nothing.
People will smile and pat you on the back and tell you you're good. But this actually is bad for you. Giving you a unrewarded gratification.
Soon you will unconsciously feel like all you have to do to get that good feeling in your tummy is to go around and tell yourself and others about a thing you WANT to do. You will feel like you don't actually have to pull through with it.
Don't get me wrong. I am not trying to offend you or pull you down. Wanting to change your life is a good thing and you should definitly go for it. But let actions speak for you, not words!
Go for a run NOW. Shut down that computer. RUN. Shower. Take in THAT high. Feels good hu? Then sit down and make a list of 3-5 bad habits you want to shake off. Put good habits next to it to replace them. Create a schedule.
If you know you usually sit on the computer from 8pm - 11pm each day, kill that. Make this your "I go for a run, then groom, than read a chapter in book X" time and so on. Don't buy chips and soda any more. Buy carrots and water instead etc.
You can do it!
And here, have this, since you asked for it.
