If you're upset with life you can literally do anything you can imagine. If you plan on killing yourself you might as well not and just start over; find a new path in life, move across the world, explore churches near you, buy a gym membership, become a public figure for a cause you care about. Really just do anything you otherwise wouldn't and see how much of an effect that has on your psyche.
I assume you're tired of the rut you've been wallowing in for the past however many years, so just do something wildly different to stimulate yourself in a new way.
