You should see two Color Levels values, with two corresponding sliders, Green—Magenta and Blue—Yellow. For ALL THREE of Shadows, Midtones, and Highlights, set the levels to +50 for Green—Magenta and +100 for Blue—Yellow. Change back to RGB (Image → Mode → RGB Color) in order to save the image as a JPEG.
