Yeah that pic is pretty accurate...depression is your own brain tormenting itself for no reason. If you're a depressed alcoholic, ask your doctor for klonopin AKA clonazepam. It really helped me. Then again, sometimes benzodiazepines can worsen depression. There's really no cure, no easy solution.
