I'm not particularly skilled with image editing and I can't find any filters or settings to clean up the artifacts along the right side or sharpen the image to any degree that looks decent.
Ideally I'd like to keep the original resolution and have this printed if its of sufficient quality.
There's a version here (darksouls.wiki.fextralife com/file/view/img0043.jpg) with a much larger file size, but I can't tell if the image quality is any better.
