B) Okay, basically just do method A, BUT open your Developer Tools before you do your search. After that, on the result page, you should see a link to the eShop page for that game you were looking for! Wow! But that's just a thumbnail. Now, I'm assuming you aren't using a computer for ants. Even if you WERE using a computer for ants, Nintendo is a jerk and won't let you right click on any of those to save them. Rude!
So this is where the Developer Tools come in! Y'see, just go to the Network tab, and then click on Img in the toolbar below it to see all the image resources you downloaded. Scroll through there (I reccomend clicking on the Preview tab, below the Img button to actually see what you're sifting through.) Once you find the URL for the thumbnail, double click on it to load it. Then go to your address bar, delete whatever text is after the ".jpg" or ".png" bit (like ?w=280&h=158), and you have a 1920 x 1080 wallpaper! Yay!
It's really neat, y'all! A lot of Nintendo's first party titles have HD assets galore all over the place, but this is super cool for obscure games, and rereleases of retro games! Unreleased HD versions of classic game art is always a win in my book. Also if you're a weirdo that likes shovelware and wanted to display your passion for garbage, this is your time to shine! ALSO, once again, I definitely reccomend using the Japanese website to find papes of games not released stateside.
there was a switch release of maitetsu?! what the fuck? im assuming there's less fucking???
