>What do you do for a living?
Currently nothing, just getting back on my feet after several years of homelessness and addiction. Most jobs I've held have been in food service, so prep cook may be the closest thing.
>How much do you make? And what's your quality of life
Currently making unemployment plus stimulus money after being laid off from a restaurant job which because of the shit going on, equates to about $750 a week (which would be &175 if not for the Covid stuff). Quality of life is okay. I don't require much to be content and I can currently eat and pay rent comfortably, which when I consider how things have been the last 10+ years, is pretty awesome.
>Are you happy?
No. I'm safe and momentarily content, but it's a temporary feeling. I'm starting to finally figure out what I want to do with myself now that I've had some time with a clear head, so I'm setting some goals and trying to get that feeling of actually being a living human back.
>What would you change, career or other, if you could?
Many things, but the one that sticks out the most is that I didn't spend so much time isolating from everyone in life for almost a decade, now that I'm trying to be a social creature again it feels like interacting on anything more than a base level causes severe anxiety and almost physical aching.
