>>7642126Used frequency separation and edited the highs and lows separately. For the highs I just copied a large patch of the dithering and placed it over the text, no blending was necessary. The lows can be done with inpainting brush (content aware fill in ps) and stamping. The most tricky part was fading the dithering out over the white cloud. Edge still looks a bit blurry in some areas.
