If you go way back to system 7 vs. win 3.1/9x then Windows wins that battle because the Windows tileable .bmp's were far superior; but once Windows really fully got into photographic papes from Vista onwards (XP was really only sort of a trial run into photo papes) then there's really not much to choose between either platform any more.
>>7814777>macOS is objectively superior to Windows.Maybe back when MacOS was a true Unix variant that ran on its own specific hardware/architecture, then that statement holds up as true; but once Apple ditched their architecture and unix base in favour of (much cheaper) traditional PC hardware and closer ties to the Microsoft platform, the comparison became pretty much wholly redundant, and has been ever since.
Also, no contest, as an OS platform, Linux > MacOS.
