Started a new job at a soulless company (a bank ofc). Shit blows, everyone is dumb, they acronym everything, no one cares about the people at the bottom or even their project managers (me). They don't even call people "new hires" or "new team members" they call them "resources" as if they are about to fill some random cog of the endless machine, easily replaced by some talking head.
The whole thing feels robotic, dehumanizing, and just soulless. Idk how these people and those around me can handle this world if this is all it has to offer.
