She was also very interested in art, you could find her painting or drawing most everywhere we went. A lot of her inspiration came from music, though. Both her and I were heavily influenced by hiphop and modern jazz.
Every day without her has been a struggle. It's the small things you really miss; the things you never thought you would take for granted. For instance, whenever we were apart for more than a few days due to travel, work, etc., she would write me handwritten letters that I'd get when we saw each other again. I have all of them to this day, but I still feel like I'm waiting to find one last letter from her every time I open my mailbox.
