Get rid of the dock divider and make the icons the same size. The menu icon does not look good where it's placed. You could just get rid of the dock and place the icons at the bottom of the screen instead. I think it would look better!

SGS3 LTE running on LiquidSmooth. Apex launcher and widget locker. "Holler! white" icon pack. "Dash" on lockscreen, and minimal clock1 running on UCCW. I know the icons on the lockscreen aren't the same as the bgscreen but they didn't go well together with Dash widget so I just chose built in icons for phone and message apps on lockscreen.
