i just took this picture and i was wondering if an image manipulator could do a few things for me:

1. i would like the end picture to be 1600 x 900
2. in that resolution, i would like the flower and stem to be on the left hand side, with about a half inch from the left edge.
3. in that resolution, i would like the flower to be close to the top, allowing the stem to be seen for quite a bit of the wallpaper, but keeping the full flower visible.

sorry to ask for this, but i dont have photoshop anymore and i am starting out fresh on this PC.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
