My dog also likes to smack me on the back of the head if I ignore her too long, but she respects the drywall during working hours. She's a big girl and she likes to wield it. I used to have a more proper office setup where I could avoid hack fixes, but I'm renting out rooms so I gave up on caring about aesthetics.
