>>6925099As for you OP, if the very meaning of your existence was solely based on your relationship with your ex, you may want to take some time an reexamine what you value and your purpose in life. My take on life is that it is meaningless to us and then we need a purpose, therefore we give ourselves purpose or have others do it for us, the former being better. Go give yourself a purpose OP, and then do it a couple more times. If someone ridicules you for the one you've chosen and you feel ashamed, you're probably better off letting someone else give you purpose then.
I also do not recommend antidepressants as while depression is a electrochemical imbalance in the brain, it is caused by outside stressors. Taking drugs to treat the symptoms while ignoring the source of the problem will never solve your depression. A daily routine, sunshine and mild cardio exercise will help you out, the rest will be on your shoulders to solve.
