I also don't think that we should teach our kids about healthy eating and staying in shape for anything other than the fact that being healthy is it's own reward. If someone chooses to never show their naked body to another person, I have no problem with that, as long as they haven't been shamed into it.
My point was that the human body is an impressive machine, and a work of art, which can be appreciated without it crossing over into the realm of sexuality. As a straight man, I can look at another guy and be impressed by his physique without being attracted to him.
Teaching our kids to be healthy, the importance of exercise and diet, and that even if they don't look like their favourite pop star that that's OK is the goal. Everyone is naked under their clothes, and nobody should be ashamed of who they are or what they look like. Be healthy, and be happy.
