It's unoriginal and probably used by a thousand other anons, but this one gets me just because of the person I am in every friend group. I've been in a lot of friend circles, but the only way I know how to cope socially is to hate on myself in a humourus way. Not like that "I'm literal trash lol" but more "haha anon you fuck up so bad it's hilarious" sort of way.
I end up leaving the group because I hate myself and how I've got them to treat me, find a new group, then do it all over again.
