I know I'm just some fag on the internet. I have dreams like that too, quite often if I'm being honest. It might sound pretty gay but I started keeping a dream log in my bedside table. It has helped me quite a bit when it comes to feeling like pic related whenever I wake up from a dream that felt so incredibly real. The sounds, smells, touch, taste, etc. She always seems to be in said dreams whenever it feels the realist, and I'll be honest man. I haven't been able to tell if that gets any easier, I just became more able to deal with such things. I will say that fresh beginnings are almost *never* "fresh" I've done it more then once in my life. You tend to carry the baggage from your past self (If you wanna call it that). I've seen it one to many times when people I have known throughout my life who have wanted to "start fresh" and only end up chasing their own tails. Things seem harder now then they ever have been for some, but the only way is forward. I hope you come out on top of all of this. The road is long and seemingly pitch black at times, I trust you that it gets easier if you try.
