Requesting any wizards to come up with a fun banner style image with the two below images, please.

I've attached a rough idea of how the banners are laid out on this image. Anything black is solid and unable to be seen through and anything red is partially transparent. I'll also supply an extra image here that could be fun to have somewhere.
