>How much do you make? And what's your quality of life?I've been at it for about a year now as a line technician so I make about 55k a year, but many techs here make over 1xx,xxx a year. Quality of life is good. I live in Arizona so most things are inexpensive here. I live in a great part of the Phoenix and still pay pennies compared to some people.
>Are you happy? I am, though I wasn't a few years ago. This job helps me with that. I work hard, make decent money, it's both mentally and physically challenging work, have a girlfriend I live with who's finishing up her master's degree this month. Life's good right now
>What would you change, career or other, if you could?I subscribe to the financial independence, retiring early mindset. I'd like to have my investments make a return to which I could work at my leisure and spend more time with my family, who live in different parts of the country. I don't visit often enough, I'm always working
