Not all of them are actually shot on film, but even the ones that aren't are basically replicating the grain and color of film shots. Some of the city shots could also be categorized as "street photography"
I think in another thread somebody also pointed out that they're just sort of shots of everyday life. Things you might see all the time if you live near where they were taken, but maybe don't appreciate the beauty of the moment until you see it captured in a photograph.
I just call it /comfy/ aesthetic.
