>>7607349Your hugest problem is most likely the politics. Politics and Drama will really wreck your life if you keep up with it and do too much. All of us have addictive personalities. Some are less severe than others(i will say i enjoy I will tell you some simple advice, take a break from politics for a month and a half then go back. It's not healthy for you to be on that stuff everyday and its just a waste of time. Social Media is less than 2-10% of the world's population and even then most do not care about politics if at all and choose to avoid it. There was a reason why it was always said to avoid Religion and Politics in the first place in work and in leisure. Because everyone wants to escape from it, especially here. Youtube and 4ch etc even in the late 00's was about escaping from reality and real life shit than to be dealing with it outright.
