>>7169805Nice one senpai, I found the trick is to not care abourt how you look physically but to care about making gains in how strong you're and the other part will come naturally. If you focus on how much you can lift and how strong you're, you will see improvements week on week and then 6 months down the line you will look in the mirror and think 'I can actually see an improvement here'
If you're a big lad, cut out Carbs as best you can and sugar, if you're a skinny lad (like me) eat plenty, 4 times a day if you can full meals, more reps with more control is better than lifting a heavy weight badly for a few reps, focus on your form and good luck to you brother.
