OP, I'm really sorry this happened to you. I was once told something I still remember, maybe it'll talk to you the same way it did to me: Ships don't sink because of the water surrounding them, they sink because of the water that gets inside them. You are absolutely right to feel down after this, but try not to let it get to you too much. Else you might fall into a deep depressive hole and that shit sucks, trust me.
