The notification screen has a power widget that came with the ROM I have
All the red was from a Betterbean

All you really need is a 4.2+ ROM that has power widget, cLock, and theme chooser.

Can someone please tell me how the fuck I can achieve awesome looks like these? A friend rooted my phone for me, so it would be possible right? Running Android 4.1.1, CyanogenMod on a rooted HTC Sensation XE.

launcher: use whichever one you like, I recommend golauncher or launcher pro
minimalism is your friend
looking through settings is your friend
install them by putting the apk in your phone and opening it

I'm using Nova and I haven't looked back at Sense. It's still smooth and crisp, the gestures are really nice, and it doesn't use as much memory as Sense. I've tried apex and it was nice but it started to lag after 15 minutes of using it. I haven't tried GOLauncher or any of the other ones. I hear good things about GOLauncher though, it couldn't hurt to try it out.
