Find a hobby, i know what you are thinking:
>everyone suggests a hobby>i don't love anything in particular to dedicate to itBut that's the point, you don't have to love it, in fact, you don't even have to know much about it or want it to change your life, all you need is to start doing a bunch of shit, anything, learn how to play the guitar, read fiction books, play a sport, who knows, you might even start to get into audiophilia or whatever...
my point is that by comiting to do a lot of stuff your mind will have less time to feel sad, and by doing all of that and trying new, healthy hobbys you might as well end up finding something you really love and that makes you happy.
Just saying Op, this is the stuff that fixed my life, find some new hobbys and commit yourself to it, without expecting it to change wnything, when you realise it will have changed already.
