I've reverse image searched this. Only able to fine tiny resolutions.
I just want this in a standard wallpaper format (1920 x 1080) and have the image not come out all blocky and pixelated.

As in your case, you have no idea so i'd suggest you to look up some templates online. there are thousands of template logos/images/art/designs available online so you should be able to get it. Once you have an idea, come here for any slight modifications.

Her hair. the new color (black) having the same shades as the old hair (blonde) was originally. For instance light yellow/blonde parts of her hair could be a dark grey.

honestly, based on what you want, you can do this in paint then open it up in instagram and get better results. I honestly have no idea what you want and it would be easier if i had an actual picture to work with other than my just random selecting because my taste is different than yours. Just find a few that you like and we'll work with that. This is already extended past 2 threads and what you want is EXTREMELY EASY to do with paint by yourself, to be honest. no more requests, good bye for 12 hours

As for a forest tho this is the coolest one I found.
A squarish section of this + a simple yet pro looking font like the one from that picture i posted a while ago with my name in white might be cool. I hope you don't have to make folk music to use pictures of forests.
