So i posted in /r/ but ive had no hits, ive been trying to turn this image into a theme for my ps3, but everytime it try my pc tells me its missing a dll file thats right there. Ive tried like 3 different programs but it wont work. i dont need anything fancy i just want the pic as a wallpaper on my ps3. can anyone here make me one? Please and Thank you
