You need to go through all the stuff you have loaded up and ask yourself: is this necessary?
For instance, There a 4 separate things (Not just the blue stuff in the middle) showing CPU, and at least 2 things i can see showing your RAM. On top of that, the date is displayed twice. both the C and D drive are shown three times as well. Google is there twice too. Also the whole Rainmeter plugin that takes up the bottom right of your screen is essentially useless, and is there for appearance only, and the spinning gear-thingy is completely useless, it doesn't performs any action, other than waste space.
So use Rainmeter all you want, but learn when enough is enough, and for god's sake, GET RID OF ALL OF THE THINGS SHOWING THE SAME INFO TWICE OR MORE
