whats going on /wg/? I don't come often but i always see wallpapers like pic related and wanted to know how you guys get your comp. to show CPU usage and time and weather etc. any help?

This is actually my screenshot from earlier lol. I can tell you exactly whats on that so you can get the skins? The pic is the expanded view of the desktop with the stuff you want hidden.
