Nice background, I like the colors. I'm not a fan of the default rainmeter skins. Big icons are ugly. If you want my recommendations: get rid of the desktop shortcuts or at least make them smaller, get a custom start button, keep less stuff pinned to the taskbar, and lock the taskbar so you don't have those ugly handles and stuff.

I constantly see desktops like this hailed as the best of the best, I guess I'm just a pleb for not agreeing. I don't like how there's text instead of icons in the taskbar, that style of font or the shade of red you've used, but overall it still looks really great and it's obvious you've put a massive amount of time and effort into getting your desktop exactly how you want it so I commend you for that.

Transparent taskbar master race. Not a big fan of the wallpapers but they're not really bad, imo you should get a custom start button (it's SUPER easy), I think the default windows one is ugly. Also you may as well hide all the things in the notification area. I don't see a use for them and they add clutter. I'd have everything in mine hidden but my router constantly dumps my laptop.
