Windows is the best, easy operating system there is. The only thing better are some forms of Linux, but most people don't want to have to learn how to mess with it. Seeing as some people consider it difficult to manage.

Mac x os is still Unix based though, it's less shit than Windows.
Window has known backdoors, installs bloatware, and runs into problems more often
GNU/Linux* btw.
