I just call them blurs/blurries. To be honest, if you've got PS they are really easy to make yourself.
New blank>invert from white to black background>add fields of different colours (best result if you don't mix together - blue and purple, yellow and orange, green and yellow etc)>gaussian blur at preferred amount. Done.
