Haven't roasted on /wg/ in a while
I usually rate the whole thread on /g/, but there's a lot here, so I'll rate some unrated ones
>>54753082/10, it works I guess but it's very stock and very ugly. Get an icon pack, get a new wallpaper, get a new clock and weather widget, get a custom rom and launcher to get rid all the bloat you don't need, get a better looking dock.
>>54753445/10, not bad. Try a new icon set (one that matches your clock, something like tinywhiteicons maybe), ditch those icon labels, ditch that bar above the dock, get rid of that search bar, and get a new wallpaper.
