The Yunkai are fucked by the flux (about half of their forces have perished or deserted), the fleet will perish to the dragons for sure, and Daenarys now also has the khallasar that finds her at the end to flank their forces.
At that point, Volantis is the only one to still stand against her, and we know that the servants of Rh'lor see her as the Chosen One and all that shit and there's no way the city could stand a revolution.
