You use an italic font for image names and sizes.
Threaded posts + the reply icons seems a little tacky and unnecessary.
All windows use rounded edges, so do your tabs, but 4chan posts and the bottom of your firefox do not have / use rounded edges, however with the 4chan posts it's a little more leaned towards whether they look right rounded.
"No selected file" & "Submit" just look a little squashed downwards in size a little.
Somewhat unnecessary userlist in Hexchat making it look a little more full and less elegant than it could be.
Interesting wallpaper, it's in the negatives however since personally I don't think it really works with your colourscheme but does tie together your desktop.
Odd time/date layout, I'd suggest seeing if you prefer it to be "Thu 29 9:12" for example.
I'd probably find more to compliment and complain about but I'm a little tired today, finally got around to giving you that full rating though, heh.
