Like I said before, your dock is jarring with your other icons, you have 2 battery meters, and it doesn't look good with the big widget and large icons. Change your icons and clock if you so desperately want to keep the notification bar.
The other thread's first post says critique and advice. What is the fucking point of having 3 android home screen threads on the 1st page? Desktop threads are often separate from rain meter. Unless this was a thread about iPhone Ricing, there's no point.
Most of the questions asked in this thread were questions I had when starting out, but I typed them verbatim in Google and got answers straight away from hundreds of websites. If I didn't understand written directions, then another link had a picture sequence. If that was unclear, then there were hundreds of YouTube videos.
