Hey /wg/,
I've only been at college 3 weeks and I already feel like I'm about to crack. I'm currently studying engineering, but I'm starting to second guess myself; I mean, I'm struggling with calc 1, what makes me think I can be an engineer?
Anyway, I was wondering if you guys could help a college n00b out and share any academically motivating walls that you might have?
Alternatively, raccoon walls might also be nice.

but funnily enough i'm in my 2nd year of materials engineering in new zealand.

personally i only knew engineering was for me at the midpoint of a-semester this year. the first year is general knwoledge for anyone doing engineering. there are a few new things but i found it pretty sweet.

motivation? i just got a scholarship that i personally feel i didn't deserve. it pays 5K and i get to work on nanocomposite research which will help toward biodegradeable polymers.

You can do it, nobody said it would be easy. When you get it together a bit and get in a groove, then you can explore freshman girl pussy--this is also important as you will never regret even the crazy girls you bed (responsibly) when you are older. It will be a golden age of firm breasts and girls with poor boundaries/dumb sluttiness/eagerness combined with a ton of hard work on your classes

It sucks but eventually you find yourself doing this kind of shit:

eventually you realize that life itself is explainable in terms of mathematics. Calculus is just a lot of algebra rules applied to some graphs.

also nothing is more powerful and fulfilling than being able to teach your kids math and science and shit and getting them excited about it.

engineering sucks, but its gets so much fun. that and dat pay scale.

You're trippin' bro. They get like $150 an hour. I know they're able to prescribe medication so i'm not sure what else is involved besides a psych degree. But i'd love to have a practice.

Thanks for all the motivation guys. I spent around 5 hours on calculus homework and coming back to this post just made it all seem worth it. Oh, and thanks for the advice about freshman girl pussies.....even though I'm a straight female, haha.
