I'll post some of mine and some that I made, but theres a few on here that I'm specifically looking for so I'm hoping someone will help me out!

This is not a rate thread, this is not an OC thread, just a mass database of these types of wallpapers. I shall begin, but please anon, lets get this rolling.

usually b/w, change levels/curves, duplicate the layer and add scanlines, set the new layer to overlay or multiply

also imo theres not necessarily one way to create these type of wall, mostly low contrast (low light level) and low saturation (few colors)
