OP, if I remember correctly, they removed the ability to set web pages as backgrounds in Vista because of some massive security flaw.

OP, if you have firefox, open the link in a new window (not tab), then press F11 on that tab. It should fullscreen. Now just alt-tab to your other applications and it appears to be your wallpaper. I don't know of a way to truly set it as a background so your icons are in front though. Also, thanks for the link.

Actually, use Chrome. It runs smoother and doesn't glitch when alt-tabbing like firefox does. After you press F11 to fullscreen hit F5 to refresh the page and set the page resolution to match your monitor.

If you are using windows xp, save the page locally and set it as an active desktop wallpaper. If you are using windows vista, record a movie of the page and use dreamscene. if you are using windows 7, download dreamscene activator and do the same as in vista.
