Easy mode:
1. use as less rainmeter as possible, limiting it to clock and date
2. use just one clock (so either remove the rainmeter one or the tray one)
3. remove destop icons
4. Change all taskbar icons
5. Remove tray icons
Medium mode:
5. change start orb
6. Optional: remove taskbar (but DON'T hide it)
7. Optional: center taskbar icons
Medium-Hard:
8. Install custom VS (I have been through hell and back to install mine, the first time, because I had no clue what to do; but don't worry: it's really easy once you know what to do)
Hard:
9. Edit custom VS to suit your taste
10. Optional (mainly if you reeeally want tripfags approval): install BBlean as default WM and repeat from beginning
This should help you start with ricing, at least in the "desktop" category.
Then you can start customizing all your applications starting with firefox and so on...
It'a good way to improve you IT skills.
