Being happy with your own body has nothing to do with being ripped. Being ripped is what society makes you think you have to do in order to be happy with your body.
In ancient greek, some fat in the body meant you were eating good, wich means you are healty. Fat people in that time were happy with their own body. Even now, in some third world contries, society makes them believe that the perfect body is a fatty one.
See how you react when someone tells you that it's a lie that you can be happy with a fat body. You hate!. You call him "Fat shit". You could have proven him wrong with normal facts. But you didn't, you did it with emotions. You did so because he, by claiming that working out hard is wrong, is denying "you". And you cant allow him to deny you because if so you would be destroyed. But gess what. You wont.
