Hi /wg/
I did a clean install of W7, and while trying to install a custom theme, pic related happens
No theme works
Yes, I used the Universal Patcher
This is how it's meant to look

In the description of the theme, there is a nice, big, bolded sentence stating "ExplorerFrames.dll file here!". And right above it, a how to video. Suggest you go take a look.
In short, you need to replace the ExplorerFrames.dll file in your system32 folder in order for the theme to function properly
