In my one, I used Round White icons, Powertoggles, Phantom Music, and Apex with the dock removed, so the "apps thing" opens a folder of most used apps.
As for the anon you linked too, he seems to have used Glaskart icons, and poweramp. idk anything else about it though.
I'd love to take credit for this whole thing, but its all down to the widget, which I didnt make
