First define for yourself if she's worth it, do you want to keep trying with her or do you think you're just as good off without her? Is she worth holding on to? That's harsh, I know, but you have got to sort it out for yourself. Be honest to yourself.
Breaking up might seem like the end of everything, but it's also a start for a new adventure. It frees up your mind for something new.
After you know that, ask to meet up. Go to her place or meet up somewhere halfway. Say you want to talk and shit. Explain what your problem is and see how she reacts. You can say you want to break it off here or you can explain that you want more attention.
Whatever, just don't get too distracted by what she says, keep a rational mind. Everything will seem better once you're together. You will believe everything will get fixed, but it might get just as miserable the next day and you are back nowhere.
The most important thing you have to know is that no-one else cares. It's your fucking life, I honestly don't care if you want to spend that sitting and thinking about what could be.
